Mitali Chakraborty (she/her)
Mitali is an intrapreneurial leader, producer, and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience creating impact-driven projects, communities, and events. Based in New York, she specializes in building equitable systems and forging collaborations across philanthropy, tech, and social impact sectors.
Currently Managing Director of Community & Partnerships at P150, Mitali leads events and partnerships that drive collective action on issues like climate resilience and innovative philanthropy. She has produced large-scale events for brands and movements such as SXSW, Sundance Film Festival, Live Nation, and Facebook’s #SheMeansBusiness.
Mitali founded Youth Jobs Connect to expand career pathways for marginalized youth and has held leadership roles with organizations including the Atlanta Braves and AnitaB.org, securing high-level partnerships and advancing initiatives for women in tech.
Her career spans work in entertainment, nonprofits, and innovation, unified by a passion for connecting people and driving systemic change. Outside work, she enjoys tennis, travel, and gathering friends around the table. Her name, meaning “friendly” in Bengali, perfectly reflects her approach to leadership and life.
Mitali serves on the boards of Green 2.0 and Youth Service America and is an alumna of Emory University.
Jody Giles CPA, CFP®, CAP® (she/her)
Jody is a philanthropy strategist and social impact expert with over 20 years of experience in wealth and philanthropic advisory. Serving in the multi family office space, she’s guided ultra-high-net-worth families in designing innovative solutions for impactful giving. Since 2019, she has helped deploy over $1.1 billion in philanthropic capital. Her commitment to breaking silos and fostering collective impact inspired her to envision the P150 community. With a bold mission to move $10 billion in philanthropic capital by 2030, Jody is dedicated to reshaping the giving landscape.
Jody lives in Los Angeles with her twin teenage daughters and rescue dog, Sugar. When not chauffeuring or deciding what’s for dinner, she finds balance on hiking trails.
Sheri Signer (she/her)
Sheri is an operations strategist who helps nonprofits and philanthropic organizations work better. At P150, she draws on extensive experience in project management, systems design, and cross-functional planning to lead strategic operations and build systems that enable everyone to work toward P150’s mission.
A certified PMP, Sheri is especially interested in how data, technology, and AI can support more equitable, efficient, and informed work across the sector. Before joining P150, she worked with Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, City Parks Foundation, Slow Food USA, Film Society of Lincoln Center, and the Clinton Global Initiative.
She’s personally passionate about food justice, the environment and climate, and arts and culture. Sheri lives in Maine with her human and pet family and appreciates a good bakery.
