What’s something about your background or perspective that shapes how you show up in this work?

25+ years as a philanthropic advisor inside the family office world, shaped by equal parts optimism and frustration. The advising space is siloed, coordination is rare, and what gets funded is often influenced by the limits of an advisor's network. That tension is what led to building P150 - and a persistent focus on helping the field become more connected, more coordinated, and just.

Where do you find energy or inspiration outside of work?

Being outside, cheering on my teen daughters, and dreaming up ways to fix the philanthropic space. (On a personal mission to help move $10B by 2030. ;)
